Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Category Manager for Walmart to act as the analytics engine for the account team. You will translate complex data from POS, Nielsen, and Circana into actionable category strategies that drive growth across omnichannel shopping.

This remote US role requires travel >20% and living in Indianapolis, IN or Bentonville, AR. You will partner with KAMs, marketing, and IT to deliver fact-based storytelling and category optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Category Management, Business Analysis, or Customer Marketing.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Nielsen & Scintilla to drive retail insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions/pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced analytics support to Walmart team using internal and external data sources.
• Lead category management processes, influencing growth and shelf/display strategies.
• Develop scorecards, ROI dashboards, and item trackers for account planning.
