Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Category Analyst to support Walmart category management from our Rogers, AR office in a hybrid schedule. You will leverage syndicated data and Walmart's systems to generate insights, create data-driven reports, and inform pricing, promotions and product placement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in category analytics, strong storytelling and presentation skills, and hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel and retailer data. Travel is up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Category Management or Analytics (CPG/FMCG or Walmart experience preferred)
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Numerator, Scintilla)
• Ability to translate data into actionable retailer strategies and plans
• Experience presenting to retailer teams and participating in joint business planning/ value creation

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly, monthly & ad hoc reports and presentations translating complex data into clear data stories
• Support category strategy development and planogram evaluations
• Collaborate across customer, sales, category leadership, trade marketing and omnichannel activation
• Present to Walmart merchant teams and participate in joint value creation
