Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Category Manager in Bentonville to maintain Walmart US planograms and drive growth opportunities through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with the Senior Category Manager to curate the strongest assortment and ensure successful resets across fixtures and campaigns. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, daily JDA Space Planning tasks, and close cooperation with VM, Sales, and Operations, with travel to Walmart locations as

Qualifications

• Must be located in Greater Bentonville area with the ability to travel to the Walmart LOC regularly.
• 2-5 years JDA Pro Space experience with proficiency.
• Cosmetics / White wall experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Excel proficiency.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Daily work in JDA Space Planning Software.
• Develop and upkeep weekly reports and tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities through data and analytics.
• Create ad hoc reports to drive actionable insights.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend planogram resets and present to retail partners.
• Collaborate with customer space planning team to execute resets.
• Brief inline and off-shelf programs into Wrike and follow progress.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising on fixture needs and reset execution.
• Maintain Canadian Product Libraries by season for all e.l.f. beauty brands.
• Cross-functionally work with VM, Innovation, Sales, Operations to ensure best-in-class reset execution.
