Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member at our MSP-BLAINE, MN store to assist shoppers and ensure an efficient checkout process. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in the Rewards program, and support omnichannel order processing such as BOPIS and Ship From Store.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment, including standing for long periods and lifting duties.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standard.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Maintain store with stocking, planograms, and recovery processes.
• Support safety and shrink programs.
