Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a team member for a busy retail environment in Blaine, MN. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You will promote the Rewards program and private label credit cards, and assist with in-store Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS). Responsibilities include stocking, unloading trucks, executing planograms, and maintaining in-stock, well-merchandised shelves.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock conditions, and merchandise condition.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
