Job summary

The Michaels Stores MSP-Eagan, MN store is seeking a Store Team Member to help customers find products, ring up purchases, and support daily store operations. You will guide shoppers, explain rewards programs, and assist with returns, stocking, and merchandising.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. Michaels offers benefits such as employee discounts, 401(k) matching, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store appearance, recover merchandise, handle returns and go-backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies and promote a positive image.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
