Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions about store operations, merchandise, and programs to create a positive shopping experience.
• Operate electronic cash registers, credit card devices, and POS systems to process payments accurately.
• Explain Loyalty Rewards Program and help customers enroll.
• Promote Change Round Up to support GWH’s mission and programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
