Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store
• Comfort with basic cash handling and checkout procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle transactions
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloading
• Maintain store appearance through stocking, planograms, and recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs
