MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a friendly Retail Cashier to join our Ozark store team. You will handle cash transactions, greet customers, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist on the sales floor.
• Operate the store cash register and balance cash drawer.
• Keep shelves stocked, rotated, and store area clean.
• Assist managers with returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Safeguard assets and report theft or loss.
• Follow safety rules and keep aisles clear.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to improve communication.
