Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Effective communication with coworkers, customers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist on sales floor; respond to calls within three rings with a professional greeting.
• Operate cash register: cash handling, credit card transactions, appropriate discount returns, and cash register balancing.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain cleanliness of store areas to standard.
• Request manager assistance for returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code; uphold safety and security regulations.
