Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and acknowledge them as they enter the store; assist on sales floor and answer phones professionally.
• Operate the store cash register; handle cash and credit card transactions, discounts, returns, and balancing.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and maintain cleanliness of the store area.
• Request manager assistance for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
• Maintain store cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, mopping, and shining surfaces.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership; collaborate with other teams to improve communication.
