Qualifications

• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Support store recovery, cleanliness, and safety throughout the day.
• Contribute to shrink reduction goals and program participation.
• Work with peers and supervisors to deliver store objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
