Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean sales floor, and support operational standards while promoting credit and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support safety initiatives and loss-prevention programs.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
• Available weekends, nights, and days.
