Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to deliver in-person tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will own client relationships, provide tax strategy, and promote Intuit services in the community.

The role requires onsite work, strong tax knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to grow the local TurboTax client base and support cross-functional services.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ seasons handling 1065/1120-S for multiple clients.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with 30+ returns per year.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Develop relationships and deliver tax strategy and year-round guidance across services.
• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, driving new client growth and cross-sell of Intuit services.
