Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on‑site TurboTax Retail/Flagship Experts to provide expert tax preparation and strategic tax guidance for individuals and small businesses.

You will own client relationships, deliver personalized tax planning, and promote Intuit solutions in a community‑oriented retail setting, with support from a team of specialists. Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and other services.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
