Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated Tax Experts for TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations to provide full-service tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and business clients.

You will own the client relationship, promoteIntuit services like bookkeeping and payroll, and represent TurboTax in local community initiatives while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax preparation experience for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, 30 returns per year.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge; willing to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with Business Tax returns for small businesses.
• State licenses, certificates, or bonds required or obtainable.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, plan future taxes, and review tax scenarios.
• Leverage Intuit resources to cross-sell bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver top-tier customer experience in Retail environment.
