Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax preparation for individuals and business entities, build lasting client relationships, and proactively guide clients through tax planning while leveraging Intuit resources.

You will work on-site, collaborate with bookkeeping specialists, and promote TurboTax services in the local community to grow your client base and ensure a seamless customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax returns for 20+ clients per season
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30+ returns per year
• Knowledge of bookkeeping & willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor
• Experience with business tax returns and year‑round tax guidance for small businesses
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax store, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and offer tax planning guidance
• Connect clients to related services like bookkeeping and payroll
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support
