Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax prep for individuals and small businesses, offer strategic tax guidance, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to deliver a seamless client experience. The role emphasizes building local relationships, growing TurboTax presence, and offering proactive tax planning and education to customers in a front-facing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax prep experience (federal/state) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation (30 returns/year) in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round guidance for small businesses.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week; weekend availability.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver year-round tax planning advice and use government/pro tools to provide accurate solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s financial picture and propose Intuit solutions to fit their needs.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless experience across services.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience, in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax and engage with new prospects to grow clientele.
• Lead local marketing efforts to expand TurboTax presence in the community.
