Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTaxRetail/Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary relationship owner and providing strategic tax guidance.

You’ll collaborate with bookkeeping specialists and use TurboTax tools to expand client relationships, drive new client growth, and participate in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30+ returns per year, in a paid setting.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.
• Onsite 20+ hours/week at TurboTax retail/flagship locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Expand the Intuit ecosystem by guiding clients to complementary services.
• Build relationships and deliver year-round tax guidance beyond filing.
• Offer exceptional customer service and manage inquiries in-person and virtually.
• Represent TurboTax locally, supporting community outreach and marketing.
