Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation for individuals and small businesses at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will own the client relationship, deliver tax strategy and preparation, and coordinate with bookkeeping specialists as needed.

You will grow a local client base, engage with the community, and be a visible ambassador for TurboTax, offering clear, personalized tax guidance in a fast-paced, front-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with 3+ seasons handling federal/state returns.
• Personal tax prep experience, minimum 30 returns per year in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financials and offer tax planning guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and relationships.
