Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks a TurboTax Retail or Flagship Business Tax Expert to provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities. You will own client relationships and deliver both tax strategy and preparation on-site at a TurboTax location.

You will work with a team of bookkeeping specialists when needed, grow the local client base, and represent TurboTax in the community through events and digital content, while adhering to Intuit policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, incl. complex scenarios.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and deliver year-round tax planning.
• Promote full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time engagements into long-term clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via secure video tools.
