Intuit is seeking dedicated year‑round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation for individuals and business entities, deliver proactive planning advice, and act as the primary trusted advisor for clients.

You will work on-site with a team, grow TurboTax’s local client base, and potentially extend services to bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax return prep for 20 clients per season using commercial software.
• 3 tax seasons of personal tax prep with 30 returns per tax year in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year‑round tax guidance for small businesses.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Promote the Intuit ecosystem, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll and planning services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via virtual tools.
• Act as a local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with the community and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Ensure a seamless client journey with continuity across all services and touchpoints.
