Intuit Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to perform on-site tax preparation for consumers and small businesses at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will own client relationships, provide tax strategy, and deliver personalized guidance while leveraging Intuit resources. You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed, grow the local client base, and maintain a high‑quality customer experience through in‑person and virtual

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) preparation for at least 20 clients per season.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, with at least 30 returns per year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks ProAdvisor is a plus.
• Experience advising small businesses with year‑round tax guidance.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Promote the Intuit ecosystem and introduce clients to complementary services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships to ensure year‑round support and a trusted, long‑term engagement.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience via in‑person and video interactions.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
