Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts. You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, including corporations and partnerships, while advising on bookkeeping and payroll when needed.

You will be the central relationship owner, connecting clients with Intuit resources and building lasting community ties through local marketing efforts and client referrals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax preparation for 20+ clients per season with federal/state returns
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep with at least 30 returns per tax year
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor
• Experience advising small businesses on tax planning beyond filing
• Must reside in the United States and be eligible for state licenses

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for consumers and businesses (S corps, partnerships, LLCs)
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support
• Serve as front-line advisor in a retail store, delivering a best-in-class customer experience
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll experts to support client needs
