Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation for individuals and business clients at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work onsite, serve as a trusted advisor, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while leveraging Intuit resources to deliver year-round support and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with 30 returns per year.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill in QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Deliver deductions optimization, tax planning, and refund maximization guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base and maintain local community relationships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to support client needs.
