Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax - Retail Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full tax preparation for consumers and small businesses in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You’ll own the client relationship and deliver tax strategy, planning, and software support in a friendly, in-person setting.

As a community ambassador, you’ll attract new clients, build trust, and leverage Intuit resources to expand local presence while offering guidance across bookkeeping and payroll when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with knowledge of federal/state returns.
• Seasonal personal tax prep experience and serving multiple clients.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks ProAdvisor is a plus.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for consumers and business clients.
• Own client relationships and deliver tax strategy and planning services.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and drive client growth.
