Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities while offering strategic tax advice and software support.

You’ll collaborate with bookkeeping specialists as needed, build local relationships, and help grow TurboTax’s presence in the community, wearing the TurboTax uniform and delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax return preparation for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with 30+ returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round advisory services.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists for accounting tasks when needed.
• Build relationships and grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
