Job summary

HOKA is hiring Sales Associates in Los Angeles to create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about our running brand and products. You will stay current as a HOKA expert, answer questions, and warmly invite every guest into the HOKA community through outstanding service.

You will also assist with cash handling, inventory checks, and keeping the store, back-stock, and break areas clean and organized while upholding Brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and ensure questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and stock merchandised products per Brand standards.
• Operate cash register, handle money accurately, and assist management with administrative tasks.
• Promote the store and Brand image in all interactions and respond to theft per policy.
