Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA store seeks a Sales Associate to craft exceptional customer experiences and share passion for the HOKA products. You’ll educate customers about the Brand, stay updated on all products, and invite shoppers into the community with outstanding service.

You’ll support management with cash handling, inventory checks, and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized space and a positive, energetic store atmosphere. Flexible, team-driven performers encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage with customers and ensure all questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Maintain and model an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers; promote store and Brand image in all interactions.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and well organized back-stock and break area, including daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting.
• Practice safety consciousness and respond to theft per policies.
• Report to work on time and notify Store Manager or Manager on Duty if late or absent.
