Job summary

HOKA in Los Angeles is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will share your passion for our Brand and invite customers into the HOKA community through exceptional service.

You will educate shoppers about the Brand and products, stay current on new footwear technologies, assist with daily store tasks, operate the cash register, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and welcoming for every guest.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and answer questions before they leave the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; keep the store tidy and merchandised to Brand standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily and report to Store Manager as needed.
