Job summary

HOKA in Honolulu is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience, educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products, and welcome everyone into the HOKA community through outstanding service. You’ll operate the cash register, stock and merchandize according to Brand standards, maintain a clean back-stock area, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals.

Two years retail preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and ensure questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Maintain inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Brand standards.
• Keep back-stock and break area clean and organized; follow safety protocols.
