Job summary

HOKA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products. You will engage with customers, stay current on products, and maintain an energetic attitude while supporting store operations and brand image.

You will assist management with admin tasks, operate the cash register, check inventory daily, and keep the store clean and merchandised to Brand standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Associate, create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• You engage knowledgeably with customers and respond to questions before they leave the store.
• Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers; promote the brand image.
• Assist management with administrative tasks; operate cash register; handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily; ensure products are stocked and merchandised to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock and break area; daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting.
• Practice safety and report theft per policies; arrive on time and notify if late or absent.
