Avocado Green Brands seeks a Retail Brand Experience Assistant Store Manager in Corte Madera, CA. On-site role with hourly pay, mentor to staff, and drive guest experience. You’ll coach, train, and monitor KPIs while ensuring brand standards across the Experience Center.

Responsibilities include leading operations in the store manager’s absence, managing schedules, events, and equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or equivalent experience with store leadership.
• Experience training and developing store employees is a plus.
• Proficient in using Mac and Google Suite for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and guest experience in the store manager's absence.
• Coach team with in-the-moment feedback to achieve sales goals.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and store events.
