Work with your leadership team to hit personal and store goals, maintain a neat workspace, and participate in loyalty programs. The role requires flexible scheduling, including holidays and weekends, and physical ability to lift up to 30

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver an omni-channel shopping experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
