Gap is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform and wardrobe the customer, delivering a best-in-class experience through omnichannel service.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, promote loyalty programs, support sales floor, fitting rooms, and operate with flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers and coworkers with respect to maintain a positive environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
