Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Braintree, MA. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing our values with your authentic self.

You will engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility across Salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with guests in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
