You’ll work across the sales floor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, delivering friendly service while upholding AE values. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with guests and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
• Interest in AE & Aerie products and brand storytelling.
• Willingness to learn the AEO Selling Model and apply it in-store.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and operate with integrity.
