Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Millbury, MA. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering a memorable shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll use our selling model to help guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Your role spans Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, always upholding brand values and integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a positive shopping experience.
• You are energetic, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support store operations with integrity.
