Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a Part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Gilbert, AZ. You will bring the brand to life by delivering an amazing shopping experience, educating guests on AE & Aerie products, and driving loyalty sign-ups.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom with a team that values integrity and guest-first service. You’ll be energetic, personable, and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills for guest interaction
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in retail is preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels
• Showcase and stock shelves across zones as needed
• Resolve guest concerns following store policy
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily store goals
