Job summary

Nintendo of America is seeking a Retail Associate to provide outstanding customer service, product demonstrations, and seamless sales at its stores. You will engage customers, cross-sell merchandise, process POS transactions, restock shelves, and promote a fun, high-energy Nintendo experience.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience and a high school diploma; strong product knowledge and cash handling skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related retail experience.
• Ability and willingness to develop game knowledge and experience.
• Accurate cash handling and inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages and assists customers with information, product demos, and issue resolution.
• Cross-sells merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Processes all point of sale transactions accurately and promptly.
• Greeter duties including welcoming guests on entry/exit.
• Restocks sales floor and handles back-of-house tasks like tagging and organization.
• Maintains a clean, attractive store environment and updates displays.
• Supports inventory counts and record keeping with accuracy.
• Participates in product events and coordinates with shipping teams as needed.
