Nxt Legaci Gaming, located in Times Square, New York, is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help customers with purchases, run POS transactions, and help maintain appealing displays and stock levels.

Applicants should be enthusiastic about gaming and collectibles, with strong communication skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about trading cards, collectibles, and gaming products.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with purchases, product recommendations, and inquiries.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays.
• Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and assist with product launches.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, tournaments, and store events.
• Assist with trading card pricing, inventory management, and product evaluations as needed.
• Support tournaments, meet & greets, and other in-store activations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
