Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Maintain shopping environment, assist in store sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and replenishment of merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Support meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
