A leading gaming retailer is seeking a Retail Keyholder in New York to provide exceptional guest service, assist with sales and promotions, and maintain the store's operational standards. Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and preferred experience in retail. A strong passion for video games is a plus. Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work alone and stand/move for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist with gaming needs.
• Process guest purchases accurately via the POS system.
• Promote GameStop benefits such as the Pro Rewards loyalty program.
• Support management in meeting sales and profit goals.
