Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience in our Maryland store. This entry-level role focuses on customer-first service, meeting sales objectives, and upholding store standards.

You will assist customers with styling and product knowledge, help with fitting rooms and programs, maintain visuals, and participate in training. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is required, with potential overnight shifts or travel.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts, with overnight shifts or travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and achieve individual sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Support customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting room assistance, and available customer programs.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training, share product feedback with management, and collaborate with colleagues to support store goals.
