The position requires strong communication, retail experience in a high-volume setting, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register and be on feet for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product, fashion, and styling questions.
• Meet or exceed individual performance indicators and contribute to sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, back-of-house, and visual standards.
• Support operational activities, including floor sets, replenishment, and opening and closing responsibilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.
