Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking Brand Ambassadors to create personalized, inspiring shopping experiences with a customer-first approach in our Maryland store. You will support sales goals and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team.

You will educate customers about products and programs, demonstrate fashion knowledge, assist in fitting rooms, and help maintain store standards and operations, including opening/closing tasks and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register and be active for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales objectives and KPIs.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and offerings, and demonstrate fashion knowledge.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks, replenishment, and floor sets.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share feedback with management.
