Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and help customers find products that meet their needs, supporting sales goals and contributing to a positive store environment.

You will assist with styling, product knowledge, fitting room needs, and available programs, while maintaining store standards and supporting opening/closing duties and training.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance indicators.
• Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting room needs, and available programs and services.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards while supporting replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing duties, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues and management.
