Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to provide a personalized, inspiring shopping experience in a busy retail setting. You will help customers discover products, support sales goals, and model the brand’s service standards.

You will engage with clients, build repeat business, operate a register, and stay flexible with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and some overnights. The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and maintaining store presentation.

Formación

• Retail experience in a high-volume or specialty environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some overnights.
• Ability to operate a register and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and support daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Engage customers, build clientele, and provide a consistent in-store experience.
• Use alternative shopping and digital tools to connect customers with products.
• Support company initiatives and team training, and share feedback with management.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards.
