Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized shopping experience, support store sales objectives, and foster an inclusive team environment. You will assist customers with product selection, styling, and fitting-room needs while upholding store standards.

This role requires flexible day/evening/weekend availability, ability to stand for extended periods, and a willingness to travel as needed to support retail operations.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; overnight shifts and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, styling, and fitting-room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Educate customers about available programs, initiatives, and offerings.
• Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, visual, and back-of-house standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing responsibilities.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues and management.
