Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Greenwood, IN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE/Aerie brand to life in-store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, passionate about products and building loyalty with every guest.

You will engage guests with the AE Selling Model, educate them on product details, and introduce the loyalty program. You’ll move across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, while embracing

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products and building brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store team to get the job done.
